Cancellation Policy

By proceeding to checkout, I confirm that all provided information (including mobile number and address) is accurate, mobile is functional & recharged, and I understand that delivery failures due to incorrect details are my responsibility, I have not provided international number for an Indian Address or vice versa, and I will update any changes within 12 hours of ordering.

Customers can request for cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service with genuine reason - we will review your reason and order status before processing the cancellation.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or that violates our website's terms and conditions, with or without notice. We maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers, and may deny access or cancel any future orders placed by such customers.

Return Policy

As we deal with Ayurvedic products, we have a no-return or exchange policy. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged, empty, or contains wrong or missing items. Customers must provide an unboxing video, packaging defect video, and images of the damaged product or missing items. For returns related to damaged or incorrect products, please contact customer service at vaidsubhashgoyal@gmail.com or call +91 93119 21819 within 24 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide the receipt number for quicker resolution.

Refund Policy

If an order is canceled, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks may take longer to process the refund. For returns, once the damaged product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. If it's still not showing up, contact your bank for updates, as processing times may vary.
